My journey began in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia where I was born and lived until I was 27 years old. In the late 80\u2019s and early 90\u2019s as I was completing my Industrial Engineering studies, Colombia was going through a very difficult period of violence from guerrilla groups and drug trafficking activities.<\/span><\/p>

It was then that I started realizing the importance of having an incredible family bond and forging strong deep relationships with people. These strong connections helped me move from the moments of adversity to moments of resilience, thriving, and evolution.<\/span><\/p>

In 1996, I moved to Los Angeles and shortly thereafter to Miami where I currently live. During these past 27 years, I have had different business experiences ranging from being a business consultant, to co-founding of a toy inventing business (which became one of the top 20 in the world), to investing in real estate and ultimately to dedicating myself full time to the real estate business.<\/span><\/p>

Miami has also gone through different cycles, from being hard hit during the recession of 2008 followed by a strong recovery in the years after and more recently to incredible growth and expansion. This has been accelerated by the migration resulting from the Pandemic of the 2020\u2019s which according to all data set points seems to be the beginning of a fantastic momentum for South Florida.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My journey in real estate actually began as I bought my first home in Miami Beach in 1998. From then I have co-owned, renovated, and lived in 7 homes in different areas of Miami which include South Beach, Biscayne Point, North Bay Village, Miami Shores, Bayside Historic Area, and Miami Beach.<\/span><\/p>

Then in 2011, as I continued to notice the vibrant energy and transformation of Miami, I started putting together groups of real estate investors which began with my loved ones, family members and closest friends, and where I always participated as one of the investors. Through those ventures we have successfully invested in at least 13 properties with great returns on investment and capital appreciation.<\/span><\/p>

In 2022 with the encouragement of a close friend, I decided to become a licensed real estate agent and joined her firm, Ganesha Realty, Inc. In this capacity I now can put my years of experience in combination to my love for the city to work with buyers, sellers, and investors in finding the best properties and real estate solutions for them.<\/span><\/p>

In 2023 I decided to create the Adriana Molina Real Estate Group, affiliated with Ganesha Realty, with the goal of providing excellence in service with a comprehensive approach. I have a fundamental belief that by forging strong relationships and promoting collaboration we are at our best, which is the impetus behind my newest endeavor.<\/span><\/p>

Whether you are a buyer or a seller I always want the client to think of us as their partner in this journey! It has always been important to me that people really listen and in listening, understand the needs of others.<\/span><\/p>
